We're looking for a colleague to join a leadership position to manage and develop a team of ~15-20 Order Management Specialists and be a part of wider organization of Order Management (OM) which includes around 80 persons locally in Gdynia, Poland and peer departments in India, Philippines and Costa Rica. The major responsibility of the team is for the customer order lifecycle and includes contract preparation, granting service permissions and handling billing processes. OMs have a substantial exposure cooperating with a number of teams internally including sales, legal, compliance and professional services. As a People Leader, you will enable your team to perform excellence in the complex organization of LSEG and within a range of processes and tools that OM handles. You will supervise team's accuracy and quality and provide your expertise on most sophisticated issues to assure customer happiness and meet LSEG internal objectives. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Order Management team in close partnership with regional teams in other locations
  • Ensure your team members have up-to-date knowledge to perform their job to the highest standards
  • Take ownership for team's performance and development
  • Manage customer queries in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring that resolution is provided
  • Show a continuous service improvement mentality to improve the processes, systems and tools including partnering with the support functions
  • Call out critical delays to internal groups to handle resolutions
  • Build and maintain close partnerships with key stakeholders including account management, finance and credit management
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a people leader (formal or including deputy roles)
  • Very good interpersonal skills with willingness to share knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to communicate across various teams and different levels
  • Business maturity and ability to navigate within a complex organization to lead a team with confidence
  • Continuous improvement mentality
  • Relevant attitude to perform within SLAs
  • Very good coaching and mentoring skills to keep high motivation and can-do attitude in the team
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in Customer Service / Order to Cash function is an advantage
  • Understanding of order management and billing process
  • Understanding of LSEG products and customers
